Dear Hery,

         We have closed on two separate homes with you and we wanted to express our gratitude for the exceptional service you have provided to us. We truly appreciate the time and effort you dedicated into helping us purchase our home and then sell our condo. It was because of your persistence and Real Estate expertise that our condo sold, especially since it was one of nine competing identical condos in the same building. In addition, we had the condo listed just as the condo market started to decline and despite all of that our unit was the one that sold. It was truly amazing.

As you know, our financial situation became very difficult since we were managing two mortgages at one time, and selling our condo was critical to being comfortable again. You helped us achieve that goal and our dream of renovating our new home. Our new home, which, you also helped us purchase with great ease and efficiency. We were very happy to work with you on both transactions, our experience with you has been nothing but positive. The next time we sell or purchase a home we are definitely calling you.
