Hery approached us in March this year to sell our home at 13030 Deva Street, Coral Gables.,--hitherto a domain of real estate "Divas".
Although he had no experience in selling homes in Gables-By-The-Sea,  I felt after my interview with him that he may just fulfill our requirements.   Selling a home in that presitigious area requires finding the right buyer and knowing what amenities and prestige that area offers.   

Indeed within 15 days or so after the first interview, Hery produced four prospective buyers.   The second buyer Mr.David Rodriguez saw the true potential in our home and the sale was sealed within half an hour at the asking price.
We were of course very sorry to sell our home of nine and a half years, but could not pass up the opportunity that Hery created in finding the right buyer.
He also followed it through to completion with great efficiency and deligence.
